Please note that we will not be shipping any orders on December 31st or January 1st.

Orders from within the continental USA:

Orders received before 1pm (EST) will generally ship the next business day. We ship our orders by UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail and they normally take three to six business days to reach their destination (within the U.S.). If you require a faster delivery service please contact us before placing your order to discuss the options (786 247-9003, shop@gretelhome.com).

 Orders from Canada:

Following are the prices for regular shipments to Canada. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 6-10 business days. All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and for any return shipping costs

$75.01 too $100                  $25

$100.01 to $150                  $30

Above $300 the price of shipping is approximately 10% of your order total.

Orders from anywhere else in the world:

We ship all our international order via USPS Priority Mail which takes 6-10 business days. When you place your order and enter your addess a drop down menu will appear for you to choose your country. If your country is not listed please email us at shop@gretelhome.com. All initial shipping costs displayed in your shopping cart refer to orders placed within the continental USA.  Shipping costs for your country will appear when you have filled in your international address. All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and for any return shipping costs.
