Delivery

We ship to continental U.S. addresses, but not to P.O. or APO boxes. For all other shipments (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and international shipments) please email us (shop@gretelhome.com) with your order request and we will send you a shipping quote. You can then decide whether or not to proceed.

Orders received before 1pm (EST) will generally ship the next business day. We ship our orders by UPS Ground and they normally take three to six business days to reach their destination. If you require a faster delivery service please contact us before placing your order to discuss the options (786 247-9003, shop@gretelhome.com).
